Bean Curd With Ginger Recipe

  1. Cut tofu into 1/2 inch cubes.
  2. Soak tree ears in hot water until soft.
  3. Drain & chop coarsely.
  4. Heat oil in a wok & when very warm add in ginger, garlic & scallions.
  5. Add in tofu, stirring quickly.
  6. Add in tree ears, chilies & peas.
  7. Stir.
  8. Add in sugar & vinegar & toss.
  9. Spoon mix into a serving dish & sprinkle with sesame oil.
  10. Serve over rice.
