Bean Curd With Ginger Recipe
- 3 x Pads tofu
- 8 x Tree ears
- 2 Tbsp. Peanut oil
- 1 Tbsp. Finely minced ginger
- 1 1/2 Tbsp. Finely minced garlic
- 3/4 c. Minced scallions
- 1 tsp Warm chilies, minced
- 1/2 c. Cooked fresh peas
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Tbsp. Red wine vinegar
- 1 tsp Sesame oil
- Cut tofu into 1/2 inch cubes.
- Soak tree ears in hot water until soft.
- Drain & chop coarsely.
- Heat oil in a wok & when very warm add in ginger, garlic & scallions.
- Add in tofu, stirring quickly.
- Add in tree ears, chilies & peas.
- Stir.
- Add in sugar & vinegar & toss.
- Spoon mix into a serving dish & sprinkle with sesame oil.
- Serve over rice.
