Pineapple Casserole
- 1 (8 ounce) can pineapple tidbits, drained
- 3 tablespoons self-rising flour
- 12 cup sugar
- 1 cup cheddar cheese, grated
- Put pineapple in small casserole dish.
- Mix flour, sugar and cheese together and spread over pineapple.
- Crush 3/4 sleeve Ritz crackers and mix with 1 stick melted margarine.
- Spread over flour mixture.
- Cover and bake at 350 degrees for 25 minutes.
- Don't overbake.
