Creamy Hash Brown Casserole
- 1/4 cup butter
- 16 oz Sour cream
- 10 1/2 oz can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 onion, chopped
- 8 oz shredded cheese
- 1/2 tsp garlic powder
- 30 oz pkg frozen hash browns
- 1 tsp salt
- 1/2 tsp ground pepper
- 2 cup crushed potato chips
- In a small skilllet melt butter over medium heat
- Add onion, and cook 3 to 4 minutes, or until soft
- Pour mixture into large bowl
- Add sour cream, cream of celery soup, cheese, garlic powder, hashbrowns, salt and pepper.
- Combine until well blended
- Pour mixture into buttered baking dish
- Top with crushed potato chips and bake for 45 min at 350*
