Creamy Hash Brown Casserole

  1. In a small skilllet melt butter over medium heat
  2. Add onion, and cook 3 to 4 minutes, or until soft
  3. Pour mixture into large bowl
  4. Add sour cream, cream of celery soup, cheese, garlic powder, hashbrowns, salt and pepper.
  5. Combine until well blended
  6. Pour mixture into buttered baking dish
  7. Top with crushed potato chips and bake for 45 min at 350*
