Beer Batter Chinese Sausage

  1. mix dipping sauce and set aside
  2. steam chinese sausage for 10 minute then add soy sauce and steam for another 10 minute
  3. MIX WELL THE FLOUR WITH THE COLD BEER THEN,,,,, dip sausage into batter then fry till lightly brown and crispy under 1 minute
  4. Drain oil with kitchen towel
  5. slice up in ring and serve as finger food
