Beer Batter Chinese Sausage
- 100 grams flour
- 1/2 can beer
- 4 chinese sausage
- 1 tbsp heinz tomato sauce
- 1 tbsp heinz chili sauce
- mix dipping sauce and set aside
- steam chinese sausage for 10 minute then add soy sauce and steam for another 10 minute
- MIX WELL THE FLOUR WITH THE COLD BEER THEN,,,,, dip sausage into batter then fry till lightly brown and crispy under 1 minute
- Drain oil with kitchen towel
- slice up in ring and serve as finger food
