Thousand Island Dressing

• 34 cup mayonnaise, with olive oil if you can get it
• 14 cup ketchup
• 2 tablespoons sweet pickle relish
• 1 teaspoon lemon juice
• 1 pinch kosher salt
• 1 pinch ground white pepper

1. Mix all in a bowl and stir until blended.
