Chocolate chip peanut butter cheesecake bites

• 1 cup crushed chocolate wafer cookies
• 4 tbsp melted butter
• 1/2 tsp gelatin
• 8 oz room temp cream cheese
• 7 oz condensed milk
• 1/4 cup peanut butter
• 1/2 cup mini or processed chocolate chips

1. Mix cookie crumbs and butter
2. Press into an 8x8 pan
3. Combine gelatin with 1 tbsp water and let sit 5 minutes
4. Beat cream cheese, condensed milk and peanut butter
5. Microwave gelatin 20-30 seconds to melt and beat into cream mixture
6. Stir in chocolate chips, fill pan and freeze 20 minutes
7. Cut into bit-size squares
