Pork and Shirataki Noodle Stir-Fry with Shiso
- 150 grams Sliced pork offcuts
- 1 pack Shirataki noodles
- 1/2 Onion
- 5 leaves Shiso leaves
- 4 tbsp Mentsuyu (3x concentrate)
- 1 tsp Sugar
- 1 Sesame seeds (optional)
- Cut the shirataki noodles into bite-size lengths, and drain.
- Slice the onion, and julienne the shiso leaves.
- Stir-fry the pork in a pan, add the onion, and shirataki noodles, then continue stir-frying.
- Season with the mentsuyu noodle sauce, and sugar.
- Stir-fry for longer until the liquid is almost gone.
- Mix with shiso leaves at the end, and it's done.
