Pork and Shirataki Noodle Stir-Fry with Shiso

  1. Cut the shirataki noodles into bite-size lengths, and drain.
  2. Slice the onion, and julienne the shiso leaves.
  3. Stir-fry the pork in a pan, add the onion, and shirataki noodles, then continue stir-frying.
  4. Season with the mentsuyu noodle sauce, and sugar.
  5. Stir-fry for longer until the liquid is almost gone.
  6. Mix with shiso leaves at the end, and it's done.
