Chocolate Mocha Pot de Creme

  1. Microwave chocolate, cream, sugar and instant coffee in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
  2. or until chocolate is melted, stirring every 30 sec.
  3. Stir in egg yolks.
  4. Microwave 20 sec.
  5. Stir in vanilla.
  6. Pour into 6 (4 oz.)
  7. custard cups or dessert dishes.
  8. Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
