Chocolate Mocha Pot de Creme
- 1-1/2 pkg. (4 oz. each) BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate (6 oz.), chopped
- 1 cup light cream
- 3 Tbsp. sugar
- 1 Tbsp. MAXWELL HOUSE Instant Coffee Walgreens $6.99 thru 02/06
- 3 egg yolks, at room temperature
- 1 tsp. vanilla
- Microwave chocolate, cream, sugar and instant coffee in large microwavable bowl on HIGH 2 min.
- or until chocolate is melted, stirring every 30 sec.
- Stir in egg yolks.
- Microwave 20 sec.
- Stir in vanilla.
- Pour into 6 (4 oz.)
- custard cups or dessert dishes.
- Refrigerate 4 hours or overnight.
