VELVEETA Beef Skillet

  1. Brown meat with mushrooms in large nonstick skillet.
  2. Stir in water.
  3. Bring to boil.
  4. Add noodles; stir.
  5. Cover; simmer on medium heat 10 to 15 min.
  6. or until noodles are tender and just small amount of water remains in skillet.
  7. Add Velveeta; cook and stir 2 to 3 min.
  8. or until Velveeta is completely melted.
  9. Remove from heat.
  10. Stir in sour cream.
