Spaghetti Enchilada Crabmeat Sauce Recipe
- 1 (6 ounce.) can tomato paste
- 1 (8 ounce.) can tomato sauce
- 1 (4 ounce.) can mushrooms with juice
- 1 (6 ounce.) can water (equal to tomato paste)
- 1/4 c. onion, minced
- 1/8 teaspoon rounded garlic granules
- 1/2 teaspoon oregano
- 1/2 teaspoon basil
- Salt (to taste)
- Pepper (to taste)
- Extra virgin olive oil (sm. amount)
- 1/2 teaspoon sugar
- 1 can crabmeat, rinsed & liquid removed
- Mix all, except crabmeat, in saucepan.
- Simmer.
- When pasta is ready, and 10 min before serving, add in well-rinsed and liquid removed crabmeat to sauce.
- Serve over pasta.
