Karmen's Chocolate Balls

  1. In a saucepan heat up the whipping cream and vanilla sugar.
  2. Add chocolate and cook over low heat until the mixture is homogenous.
  3. Add rum.
  4. Let it cool down.
  5. Make balls from the mixture and roll them in powdered cocoa.
  6. The number of balls depens on how big you make them (you should easly and ladylike eat it in one go).
  7. Store in refrigirator.
  8. For those who like it less sweet, use bitter cocoa.
