Karmen's Chocolate Balls
- 6 tablespoons whipping cream
- 1 ounce vanilla sugar
- 10 ounces dark cooking chocolate, chopped in small pieces
- 2 tablespoons rum
- cocoa powder
- In a saucepan heat up the whipping cream and vanilla sugar.
- Add chocolate and cook over low heat until the mixture is homogenous.
- Add rum.
- Let it cool down.
- Make balls from the mixture and roll them in powdered cocoa.
- The number of balls depens on how big you make them (you should easly and ladylike eat it in one go).
- Store in refrigirator.
- For those who like it less sweet, use bitter cocoa.
