Gin Buck

• 3 or 4 ice cubes
• 2 tablespoons lemon or lime juice
• Large twist lemon or lime peel
• 2-3 ounces gin
• Ginger ale

1. Put the ice cubes in a 10-ounce highball glass, add the lemon or lime juice, peel and gin.
2. Fill up with ginger ale and stir gently.
