- A friend of my mom's made these great tasting rolls which are completely kosher for passover.
- She made many very small rolls, however, as she said, they can be made larger.
- She even makes Kaiser rolls sized rolls for her son to make sandwiches with.
- These really are wonderful.
- Heat water and oil to boil.
- Add in salt and sugar and stir till disolved.
- Turn heat to low, fold in matzah meal, and allow to cold at least 10 min.
- Add in 3 beaten Large eggs to the mix.
- Once everything is well mixed, you can then take the dough and place on a greased cookie dish.
- Heat at 325 degrees for 1 hour.
- She noted which you probably need to double the recipe for about 6 people.
- One batch makes about 10 relatively small rolls
