Sea salt ice cream
- 2 eggs
- 2 cup milk
- 1 cup heavy cream
- 1/3 cup sugar
- 1 1/2 tsp vanilla
- 1 sea salt (blue if you have it)
- 1 popsicle molds ( preferably with a round bottom)
- 1 Popsicle sticks
- 1 green food coloring
- 7 blue food coloring
- Separate egg whites and egg yolks in to two separate bowls
- Mix the egg whites until stiff peaks form
- Add sugar and mix until smooth and combined
- With a medium saucepan slowly bring milk to a boil and combine with egg yolks
- Bring egg, milk mixture down to a low heat.
- Do Not Boil.
- Mix until a thick custard forms and then remove from on heat and add to the egg white mixture
- Mix whites and custard until smooth and then salt to taste
- Let mixture chill in the fridge for give minutes
- Add heavy cream and vanilla to mixture and combine.
- Add in food coloring.
- 7 drops of blue and 1 drop of green is closest to how it looks in the game :)
- Fill molds almost to the top and put in the freezer for one hour
- After an hour put in the Popsicle sticks so that they don't fall over.
- Stick it in the freezer for another two to three hours.
