Barbequed Pork Chops Recipe

  1. Rub pork chops with barbeque seasonings.
  2. Add in garlic salt to taste and a light sprinkling of celery salt.
  3. Sprinkle with paprika.
  4. Smoke over coals and hickory at a low heat for 20 min, then increase heat for 40 min.
  5. Baste during last 5 min with barbeque sauce.
