Barbequed Pork Chops Recipe
- 4-6 pork chops
- Barbeque seasoning
- Garlic salt
- Celery salt
- Paprika
- K. C. Master Piece sauce
- Rub pork chops with barbeque seasonings.
- Add in garlic salt to taste and a light sprinkling of celery salt.
- Sprinkle with paprika.
- Smoke over coals and hickory at a low heat for 20 min, then increase heat for 40 min.
- Baste during last 5 min with barbeque sauce.
