Ham and Swiss Pie
- 2 cups cooked ham, chopped
- 1 cup swiss cheese
- 13 onion, chopped
- 4 eggs
- 2 cups milk
- 1 cup Bisquick
- 14 teaspoon salt
- 18 teaspoon pepper
- 14 cup raisins
- 2 cups water
- 1 cup light brown sugar
- 2 tablespoons cornstarch
- 14 teaspoon ginger
- 2 tablespoons vinegar
- 18 teaspoon salt
- Preheat oven to 400 degrees.
- Grease a 10-inch pie plate.
- Sprinkle ham, cheese and onions in pie plate.
- Beat remainng ingredients until smooth.
- Pour into plate over ham, cheese and onions.
- Bake until golden brown and a knife inserted in center comes out clean.
- Bake for 35 to 40 minutes.
- Serve with Raisin Sauce:.
- Cook raisins in water for 5 minutes.
- Mix sugar, cornstarch, salt, ginger and vinegar.
- Add to raisin mixture, stirring constantly.
- Cook until thickened.
- Serve hot.
