Tofu Peach & Cream Smoothie

• 12 cup orange juice
• 1 fresh peach, peeled and chopped
• 14 cup silken tofu
• 12 teaspoon grated fresh ginger
• 12 cup simply egg white

1. Combine all ingredients with some ice and process.
