Soft And Delicious 2 Hour Whole Wheat Bread Recipe

  1. Dissolve yeast in water.
  2. Make a sponge using all ingredients down to, and including salt.
  3. Use beaters or possibly a mixer.
  4. Let rest 10 min.
  5. Add in remaining flour gradually as needed to make a soft dough.
  6. Knead on a floured board.
  7. Cover with plastic wrap and let rise till double.
  8. Punch down; shape into 4 loaves; place in greased pans.
  9. Cover and let rise again till double.
  10. Bake at 350 degrees for 30 to 40 min.
  11. Put warm bread on a towel to cold for soft crust.
