Hummus Tamales
- 1 x dough
- 18 each corn husks
- 3 cups chickpeas (garbanzo beans) cooked
- 1/2 cup tahini (sesame paste)
- 6 tablespoons vinegar
- 3 each garlic cloves
- 3 tablespoons parsley leaves chopped
- 2 tablespoons soy sauce, tamari
- Blend filling ingredients in a food processor to make a thick paste.
- Add a bit of water, if necessary, to achieve desired consistency.
