Asian Potato Salad With Soy Dressing Recipe

  1. Fill half a large pot with water; add in honey.
  2. Place over high heat and bring to a boil.
  3. Meanwhile, scrub potatoes and cut into large cubes or possibly thick slices.
  4. Simmer potatoes till just tender, about 8 min.
  5. Drain.
  6. While potatoes are cooking, prepare other salad ingredients.
  7. Set aside.
  8. In a small bowl, whisk together the dressing ingredients.
  9. IN a large bowl, toss vegetables with hot potatoes.
  10. Pour on dressing and toss again.
  11. Garnish with toasted sesame seeds and fresh watercress.
  12. Serve hot.
