Banana Walnut Muffins

  1. In large bowl, combine dry ingredients.
  2. In medium bowl, whisk together sugar, yogurt, oil and vinegar until well blended.
  3. Stir in mashed banana.
  4. Add yogurt mixture to flour mixture.
  5. Fold in diced banana.
  6. Divide batter among muffin cups.
  7. Bake at 325 for 22-25 minutes.
