Ww Cinnamon-Spice Popcorn

• 8 cups air popped popcorn
• nonstick cooking spray
• 14 cup powdered sugar
• 2 teaspoons ground cinnamon
• 14 teaspoon ground nutmeg or 14 teaspoon freshly grated nutmeg
• 14 teaspoon ground allspice

1. Place the popcorn in a large bowl; spray with nonstick spray, tossing well.
2. In a small bowl, whisk together the powdered sugar, cinnamon, nutmeg and allspice.
3. Sprinkle over the popcorn, tossing all the while until well coated.
