Heath Bar Cookie Recipe
- 1 c. butter
- 1 c. brown sugar, packed
- 1 pack of saltines
- 1 pkg. lowfat milk chocolate chips
- 1 pkg. pecan chips
- 1 pkg. Heath chips (opt.)
- Preheat oven to 350 degrees.
- Line a cookie sheet with tin foil going up the sides.
- Grease well with butter.
- Spread saltines one layer thick over bottom of pan.
- Heat butter and brown sugar in saucepan till it boils, then keep stirring for 5 min (watch a timer).
- Pour mix over saltines and put in the oven for 10 min.
- Remove pan from oven and sprinkle chocolate chips all over.
- Spread them proportionately over saltines as they heat.
- Sprinkle pecan pcs and Heath chips and spread over saltines.
- Cold.
- When cooled, break into pcs.
