Brown Butter and Brie Maltagliati
- 14 ounces, weight Broken Lasagna Sheets
- 6 Tablespoons Unsalted Butter, Chopped
- 1 cup Roasted Unslated Walnuts, Roughly Chopped
- 10 ounces, weight Brie, Rind Removed And Roughly Chopped
- Sea Salt, to taste
- Freshly Ground Black Pepper, To Taste
- 1- 1/2 cup Pea Shoots, To Garnish
- Cook pasta according to package directions.
- While the pasta is cooking, heat a large skillet pan over medium.
- Add butter, cook stirring frequently, about 5 minutes or until browned.
- Immediately, add walnuts, cheese, and pasta to skillet, and toss to combine.
- Season to taste with salt and pepper.
- Divide pasta between plates and top with pea shoots before serving.
