Tomato Jerk Salmon

  1. Gather ingredients
  2. Open can of salmon , clean off skin and bones .sprinkle the 1 tbsp lemon juice over it
  3. Over medium heat -in a pot heat oil -- add the onions and saute till tender add the jerk seasoning paste and saute for 1 minute.
  4. Add the salmon and the tomato ketchup-- stir to combine -- try not to break up the salmon too much --cook for 1 minute -- add the chives and let simmer for 5 minutes-- add the parsley --if salt is needed add to taste -- turn to coat --take off the stove
  5. Done !!!
  6. Enjoy
