Ham and Cheese Ball
- 16 ounces, weight Cream Cheese, Softened
- 3/4 cups Shredded Cheddar Cheese
- 3/4 cups Shredded Mozzarella Cheese
- 1 can (156g Size) Ham Flakes
- 1 teaspoon Garlic Salt
- 1 teaspoon Paprika
- 1 dash Seasoning Salt
- 1 Tablespoon Parsley Flakes
- Assorted Crackers, To Serve
- Mix all ingredients except parsley flakes and crackers together with a fork.
- Mix well.
- Shape into a ball and roll in parsley, or sprinkle the parsley on top.
- Chill 1 hour or more before serving.
- Serve with crackers.
