Ranch Fried Chicken
- 1 package Boneless Skinless Chicken Breast Tenderloins
- Ranch Dressing To Coat Chicken
- Italian-style Panko Bread Crumbs To Coat Chicken
- Olive Oil, For Frying

- Pour ranch dressing into a shallow dish.
- (I like to use low-fat ranch to make it a bit healthier!)

- Sprinkle panko bread crumbs onto a plate.
- 3.
- Heat oil in a nonstick skillet over medium-high heat.
- 4.
- Dip chicken tenders into the ranch dressing and then coat with the crumbs.
- 5.
- Cook chicken in oil for 4 to 7 minutes on each side, depending on the size of the tenders.
- 6.
- Remove from the pan when the outside is golden brown/black and the juice is no longer pink when the centers of the thickest pieces are cut.
