TitaVie's Fried Rice
- 2 cup cold cooked rice
- 1 large egg
- 45 grams ham slices
- 1/2 cup frozen green peas
- 1/2 bulb red onion, diced
- 1 tbsp oyster sauce
- 2 tbsp oil
- 1 tbsp butter
- 1 tsp salt
- Lightly beat the egg with the salt and put aside.
- Heat a wok or frying pan and add the 2 tablespoons oil.
- When the oil is hot, add the diced onions and stir until translucent.
- Add the green peas and stir fry for 1 minute then add the ham and stir fry for a minute.
- Remove all from the pan.
- Put the butter in the pan then add the rice.
- Stir fry until heated through.
- Add half of the salt and oyster sauce.
- Stir till blended.
- Push the ingredients to the side of the pan and quickly stir-fry the egg.
- Add the fried onions, green peas and ham backed into the pan.
- Add the remaining salt and stir everything for a minute.
- Scoop into serving dish.
- Serve and enjoy!
