Creamy Baked Chicken Breasts

  1. Preheat oven to 325 degrees.
  2. Wash and pat dry the 4 chicken breasts.
  3. Place them in a small casserole dish.
  4. Sauce: Combine cream of chicken soup, red wine (vinegar), and melted butter & mix together.
  5. Spoon over the chicken.
  6. Sprinkle shredded cheddar cheese & croutons (optional) over sauce.
  7. Cover with aluminum foil & bake, covered for 45 minutes.
  8. Remove aluminum foil & bake an additional 15 minutes, uncovered.
