Chocolate Custard Recipe

  2. Heat chocolate in the top of a double boiler.
  3. Stir in lowfat milk and heat.
  4. 2.
  5. Add in sugar, flour and salt and cook, stirring constantly, till thick.
  6. Stir in egg yolk and cook for 2 min.
  7. 3.
  8. Remove from heat.
  9. Add in vanilla.
  10. Cold.
  11. 4.
  12. When cold, mix in whipped cream.
  13. Chill.
  14. Serves 4.
