Mixed Bean Salad

  1. Drain beans and rinse with cold water.
  2. Combine in a large bowl and add celery, onion, and green pepper.
  3. Combine all dressing ingredients and whisk well.
  4. Pour over vegetables, mix well, taste and adjust seasonings, if necessary.
  5. Refrigerate before servings.
  6. Will keep several days in the refrigerator.
