Vegetable-Stuffed Baked Potatoes

  1. In a 2-quart sauucepan, heat the pasta sauce.
  2. Stir in cooked vegetables; heat through.
  3. Cut a lengthwise slice from top of each potato.
  4. Lightly mash pulp in each potato.
  5. Evenly spoon sauce mixture onto each potato.
  6. Sprinkle, if desired, with black pepper.
