Vegan Protein Bars with Spirulina
- 1/2 cups Almond Butter
- 1/2 cups Sun Warrior Vegan Protein, Natural
- 1/4 cups Hemp Seeds
- 1/2 cups Rolled Oats, Ground Into Flour
- 1/2 cups Raw Cashews
- 1/4 cups Ground Flaxseed
- 1/4 cups Brown Rice Syrup
- 2 Tablespoons Almond Milk
- 1 Tablespoon Spirulina
- 1/2 Tablespoons Vanilla Extract
- Toss all ingredients into stand mixer.
- On medium-low setting, incorporate ingredients together.
- If the dough seems too dry, add a splash more of milk.
- If it seems too wet, add more flaxseed or oat flour.
- Once it starts to hold its shape easily, transfer to medium (ungreased) casserole dish.
- Press (or roll) down until uniform shape.
- Freeze for at least 1 hour and cut into 9 semi-even pieces.
- Keep in freezer as they start to lose their shape if left out too long.
