H.s. Clay House Welcome Punch
- 64 ounces chilled rhine wine (Riesling)
- 6 ounces peach schnapps
- e 2 oz. triple sec
- 3 tablespoons fine sugar
- 8 strawberries, thinly sliced
- Combine ingredients in a large glass pitcher.
- Stir until the sugar dissolves.
- Add thinly sliced strawberries or peaches.
- Option #1: For citrus flavor, add thinly sliced limes and lemons.
- Serve over ice.
- Option #2: For winter punch, warm but, do not boil, and add cinnamon sticks and cloves for more flavor.
