Sweetly Simmered Potatoes and Chicken Wings

  1. If you have big potatoes, cut them into bite sizes (this is what I used this time).
  2. Gently remove the skins and pat dry.
  3. Deep fry.
  4. Once you've taken out the potatoes, put in the chicken wings and then deep fry, avoiding the oil from splattering.
  5. In a pot, combine the ingredients together and bring to a boil.
  6. Add in the potatoes and the chicken wings, and reduce the liquid until you're satisfied.
  7. It's done.
  8. This is the pot cooking down.
  9. Cook until it thickens.
