Sticky Mustard Glazed Bacon wrapped Chicken

  1. Preheat oven to 375
  2. Trim fat from chicken breast
  3. Wrap chicken with Bacon (about 2 1/2 strips each) and use toothpick to hold together.
  4. (I dunked the toothpicks in water for 5 minutes so they don't burn in the oven).
  5. Place into oven for approximately 35-45 mintues.
  6. (Depending on size of chicken breast)
  7. Meanwhile, Combine the Dijon Mustard, Honey, Raw Sugar, Chilli Powder, Ground Cloves, Salt n Pepper in a medium bowl.
  8. Mix well.
  9. @ approximately 30 mintues, switch oven to Broil and flip chicken over and brush chicken generously with Sticky Mustard Glaze.
  10. Place back into oven.
  11. Do this for the next 10-15 mintues till all the glaze is gone.
  12. Enjoy!
