Warm Pears in a Creamy Sauce

• 4 fresh pears, chopped Safeway 1 lb For $1.88 thru 02/09
• 1/4 cup apple juice
• 1/4 cup firmly packed brown sugar, divided
• 1/2 cup BREAKSTONE'S FREE or KNUDSEN Fat Free Sour Cream
• 1/2 cup wheat and barley cereal nuggets

1. Place pears in medium microwaveable bowl.
2. Add apple juice and 2 Tbsp.
3. of the brown sugar; mix lightly.
4. Microwave on HIGH 2 min.
5. ; stir gently.
6. Microwave an additional 1 to 2 min.
7. or until pears are tender.
8. Stir in sour cream.
9. Spoon evenly into four small serving bowls.
10. Mix remaining 2 Tbsp.
11. brown sugar and cereal; sprinkle evenly over desserts.
12. Serve warm.
