Seared Sea Scallops for Two

  1. Cook bacon in large nonstick skillet on medium heat 5 min.
  2. or until crisp.
  3. Remove to paper towels; drain.
  4. Pat scallops dry with additional paper towel.
  5. Add to same skillet; cook 4 min.
  6. on each side or until centers are opaque and edges are lightly browned.
  7. Transfer to plate.
  8. Sprinkle with bacon.
  9. Mix dressing and dill; spoon over asparagus.
  10. Serve with scallops.
