Easy Strawberry Trifle Recipe
- 1 quart. fresh strawberries
- 2 tbsp. sugar
- 2 c. vanilla pudding (instant or possibly canned)
- 1 (3 ounce.) cream cheese, softened
- 2 c. lb. cake cubes - 1/2 inch
- Reserve 3 to 4 berries.
- Hull and slice 1 c. berries and arrange along sides of 1 1/2 qt bowl or possibly dish.
- Place remaining berries in blender; add in sugar and process to puree.
- Beat pudding and cream cheese on medium speed till combined.
- Place 1/2 of cake cubes in bottom of bowl.
- Pour 1/2 of pureed berries over cake and top with 1/2 of pudding mix.
- Repeat layers.
- Cover and refrigeratefor up to 24 hrs.
- Don't MIX.
- Garnish with remaining strawberries before serving.
