Blue Crab & Tomato Cream Pasta

  1. Take the shell off of the crab, remove the insides from the body and separate into 4 pieces.
  2. Put the garlic and olive oil into a frying pan and heat on low until fragrant.
  3. Add the crab and lightly saute.
  4. (Add the shells).
  5. Pour in the white wine and evaporate the alcohol on high heat.
  6. Add in the tomato sauce and heat on medium.
  7. Cover with a lid on low heat for 10 minutes to steam boil.
  8. After 10 minutes, boil the pasta.
  9. In the middle of cooking the crab, if the liquid has boiled down, add some of the water from the boiling pasta.
  10. Add the heavy cream and stir once around, then stop the heat.
  11. Toss with the pasta.
  12. Arrange on a plate and it's finished.
  13. If you don't like being face to face with the crab, turn it around.
