Crockpot Grains

  1. Combine all ingredients in a crockpot.
  2. Add water to reserved tomato liquid to equal 2 1/2 cups.
  3. Stir into grain mixture.
  4. Cover and cook on low setting 8 hours.
  5. Stir before serving.
  6. Serves 8 as a side dish and 4 to 6 as a filling main course.
  7. You can use any combination of grains.
  8. Just use about 1 cupful altogether.
