Easy Apple Crumble Recipe
- 1/4 pound butter
- 3/4 c. sugar
- 1 egg
- 2 c. flour
- 1 teaspoon baking pwdr
- 1 sm. can pie apples (or possibly any fruit)
- Cream butter and sugar, add in 1 egg, unbeaten.
- Mix well.
- Add in flour and baking pwdr.
- Mix well (should be sort of crumbly, add in a little more flour if needed).
- Place 1/2 mix on bottom of pie plate.
- Place fruit on top.
- Then place rest of mix over top of fruit.
- Bake at 350 degrees for half an hour.
