Crock Pot Beef Roast

• 4 -5 lbs beef eye roast
• 6 -7 red potatoes, cubed
• seasoning salt
• pepper
• garlic powder
• 3 carrots, chopped
• 1 onion, chopped
• 18 ounces heinz beef gravy

1. Season meat to taste with seasonings.
2. Place all vegetables into crock pot.
3. Place roast on top.
4. Cover.
5. Cook on low 7-8 hours or high 4-5 hours.
