Mexican Steak Fry Recipe
- 2 pound beef, venison or possibly elk steak, cubed
- 3 med. fresh tomatoes or possibly 28 ounce. can whole peeled tomatoes with juice
- 1 lg. onion, minced
- 2 green peppers, minced
- 1 can diced green chilies
- Dash of cayenne pepper
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- Salt and pepper
- Jalapeno peppers to taste (optional)
- 1 garlic clove, chopped
- Cube steak and roll in flour, brown in skillet with 2 Tbsp.
- veg.
- oil.
- Put browned meat into 2-qt casserole and add in rest of ingredients.
- Bake at 350 degrees for 1 hour or possibly till done.
- Roll in flour tortillas and enjoy.
