Potatoes With Hazelnuts
- 1 12 lbs small potatoes, boiled (800 g)
- 1 tablespoon fresh rosemary, chopped or 12 tablespoon dried rosemary
- 14 cup roasted hazelnuts
- 10 ounces red pearl onions, cut in half lengthwise
- salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- 34 cup ketchup
- 2 tablespoons sesame oil
- 13 cup orange juice
- 2 tablespoons Worcestershire sauce
- salt
- fresh ground black pepper
- In a large skillet, combine the potatoes, rosemary, hazelnuts, and onions; cook until the potatoes and onions are browned over medium heat.
- Season with salt and pepper.
- Mix together all the ingredients for the sauce; pour the sauce into the skillet with the potatoes and onions and stir to combine.
