Berries On A Cloud Recipe

• 2 c. strawberries, sliced
• 2 Tbsp. icing sugar
• 1 Tbsp. each brandy and orange Liqueur (optional)
• 6 slc angel food or possibly sponge cake
• 2 c. Cold Whip Whipped Topping, thawed

1. COMBINE strawberries, sugar, brandy and liqueur.
2. TOAST cake slices under broiler till lightly browned.
3. PLACE cake slices on individual serving plates.
4. Top each with strawberries and whipped topping.
