Apple Cinnamon Oats for Surelim

• 80 g rolled oats
• 1 cup milk
• 1 granny smith apple, grated (skin on)
• 14 teaspoon cinnamon
• 14 teaspoon nutmeg

1. Mix all ingredients and cook on a low heat stirring often until the oats are smooth and creamy.
