Holy Cow Cake- Low Fat
- 18 ounces devil's food cake mix
- 12 cup oil
- 3 eggs
- 1 14 water
- 14 ounces fat-free sweetened condensed milk
- 8 ounces caramels
- 1 Butterfinger bar
- 1 (8 ounce) package fat free cream cheese
- 12 ounces Cool Whip Lite
- Pre heat oven to 350 degrees.Make cake as directed and bake.
- Combine your caramel and sweetened condensed milk.
- As soon as cake is done poke holes all over the top with a straw.
- Pour the mix of sweetened milk and caramel all over top of cake and into the holes.
- Refrigerate cake for about 30 minute Mix your cream cheese and cool whip with a beater about 2 minutes.
- Spread over cooled cake.
- Crumble butterfinger bar over top of cake and continue refrigerating.
- Serve with fat free chocolate milk, white milk, or light ice cream.
