Kringle Bars
- 15 chocolate graham crackers, crushed (about 1-1/2 cups crumbs))
- 1/3 cup butter or margarine, melted
- 1 pkg. (8 oz.) PHILADELPHIA Cream Cheese, softened
- 1/2 cup chunky peanut butter
- 1 cup powdered sugar
- 2 squares BAKER'S Semi-Sweet Chocolate
- 1 tsp. butter or margarine
- Preheat oven to 350F.
- Mix graham crumbs and 1/3 cup butter in small bowl.
- Press firmly onto bottom of 9-inch square baking pan.
- Bake 20 min.
- Cool.
- Beat cream cheese, peanut butter and sugar in small bowl with electric mixer on medium speed until well blended.
- Spread over crust.
- Microwave chocolate and 1 tsp.
- butter in small microwaveable bowl on HIGH 1 to 2 min.
- or until chocolate begins to melt, stirring after 1 min.
- Stir until chocolate is completely melted.
- Drizzle over cream cheese mixture.
- Refrigerate at least 6 hours.
- Cut into 20 bars to serve.
- Store leftover bars in refrigerator.
