Lumpia Shanghai (Philippines) Recipe

• Lumpia wrappers
• 1/4 kilo grnd pork
• 1/2 c. carrots
• 1/2 c. onions
• 1/2 c. celery
• 1 c. flour or possibly more
• 2 Large eggs
• Seasoning - pepper, salt, green lemons

1. Cube carrots, onions and celery.
2. Beat Large eggs and mix with other ingredients.
3. Roll up in lumpia wrappers and fry in warm oil.
